Capture visible and accessible surfaces to document the existing building. The survey scope and required accuracy are agreed before the visit.

2D plans and 3D models

Floor plans, sections, elevations or a 3D model, based on your documents or an on-site survey. Detail levels and delivery formats depend on the agreed scope.

Virtual tours

Let clients and project partners explore a property remotely. An interactive tour helps explain the layout and supports discussion.

How does it work?

  1. Tell us the municipality, type of building and what you want to achieve. Existing plans and a few photographs are useful, but are not required for an initial conversation.
  2. We agree the survey area, deliverables, level of detail, price and timing. Any hosting requirements for a virtual tour are clarified in the proposal.
  3. We carry out the agreed work, prepare your documents and explain their intended use and limitations.

A deliverable suited to your project

A virtual tour is not a technical inspection. A scan records visible surfaces and does not reveal hidden construction elements. Documents for a permit application or a BIM workflow require an agreed scope with the relevant project team.

We work in French-speaking Switzerland, including Geneva, Vaud, Fribourg and Neuchâtel, according to the assignment.
